    Absolute Live Support .NET has been developed to run exclusively on web sites hosted on Windows Servers with support for the Microsoft .NET 1.1 Framework. Absolute Live Support .NET has been developed to run exclusively with SQL Server 2000 databases. If you don't have SQL Server 2000, you can use MSDE 2000 which is a scaled down version of SQL Server 2000 distributed with the .NET Framework (please make sure that you have access to this database if you want to use it) . Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher on a windows based PC is required for the representatives chat sessions and system administration. In order to use the desktop launcher, the .NET Framework 1.1 should be installed in your representatives PC
