A URL manipulation engine based on regular expressions. It acts like Apache's mod_Rewrite, but is designed specifically for Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS). written in pure C/C++ the program allows you to go beyond the standard URL schemes and develop your own scheme.

The software works at the server level to rewrite URLs quickly. There are 2 versions - a full version and a lite version.

While lite is a free version there are features of the full version it does not support including per-virtual-site configurations, proxiing, metabase monitoring and automatic cache cleanup.
