Spyfu is a great new resource much better than other similar free products. It allows you to perform keyword queries to see who is competing for phrases, what they are paying in ads and so on. Then you can click on a competitor and get a simple screen of results including other phrases they are ranking for, what terms they are buying (along with an estimated daily ad spend) and what subdomains they use. From there you can see their top competitors (both paid and organic) and then drill down into those competitors as well. The database is a little limited now, but as time goes on and more people use it there will be more data available.
